<br /> "Er�Uiro�►ner�tal La�v"m�ans fed�rallaws and laws of the juris�iictian where the Property is located that
<br /> relate t�health, safety or environmental protection; (c} "Er�virorc►nerctal�'lear�up"inc�udes any resp�n��
<br /> action, remedial action, or removal action, as defined in Environmental Lativ; and�d}an "Ercvrror�meri�al
<br /> Car�ditiorc"means a condition that can cause, contribute t�, ar otherwise trigger an Envuon.menta�Cleanup.
<br /> Borrower shall not cause or permit the pr�sence,use,disposa�, s�orage,ar release of any Hazardous
<br /> Substances,or threat�n to release any Ha�ardous Substances,on or in the Prapert�. Borrovver shall not do,
<br /> nor a11ow anyone else to do,anything aff�cting the Property(a}that is in violation of an.y Envi.ronmental
<br /> Law,(b)which creates an Environmental�o�ditian,ar�c}which,due to the presence,use,ar release af a
<br /> Hazardous Substance,creates a cond�tion that adversely aff�cts the value�f the Propert}�.'The preceding two
<br /> sent�nces shall not apply to�he�resence,use,ar starage on th�Property of srna11 quantities of Hazardous
<br /> Substances�hat a�re genera��y recogni�ed ta be apprvpriate to normal residential uses and to maintenance of
<br /> the Property�including,bu�not l�mited�o,hazardous substances in consumer products}.
<br /> Borrawer shal�promptty giWe Lender wr��ten notice af(a}any investigation,claim,demand, lawsuit or other
<br /> a�tion by any governmental or regulatory agency or private pa.rty involving the Praperty and any Hazardous
<br /> Substance or Environmenta�Law of which Borrotiver has actual knawledge, (b}any Environmental
<br /> �ondit�oa, including but not�imited to,any spilli��,leak�ng,discharge,release or threat of release�f any
<br /> Ha2ardous Substance�and�c)any condition caused by the presence,use or release of a Ha�ardous Substance
<br /> v�h�ch adv�rsely affec�s�he�a�ue of�he Pr�perty. �f Borrower learns,or is n�tified by any go�ernmental or
<br /> regulator�authority,or any pri�ate par�y,that any removal or other remediation�f any Hazard�us Substance
<br /> affecting the Praperty�s necessary,Borrower shall promptly take all necessary remedial actians in
<br /> accordance with Environmentat La�r.Nathing herein shall creat�any obligation on Lender for an
<br /> Env�.ranment�l Cleanup. �
<br /> Non-Un�for�m�t��enants.Borrower and Lend�r covenant and agree as follows:
<br /> ��. A�celeration;Remedies.Lender shai�give nvtice to BQrr�wer prior to acceleration fallowing
<br /> Bnrrawer's breach of an����enant ar agreement in this Security Instrument�but nat prior to
<br /> a�celeration under Sectian 18 un�ess App��cab�e Law provides�therwise}.The natice shall specify: �a�
<br /> the de��ult; �b}the activn required t�cure the default; ��}a date,not less than 3U days fram the date
