<br />Kathryn A. Wasserburger, Personal Representative of the Estate of Iola H. Grimminger,
<br />deceased, pursuant to authority granted by Neb. Rev. Stat. § 30 -2478 (23) (1995), in
<br />consideration of $109,972.00 DOLLARS received from GRANTEES, Wayne F. Huebner and
<br />Emma E. Huebner, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants with right of survivor ship and not as
<br />tenants in common, conveys to GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in

<br />excepting A tract of land located in Section Thirty-five (35), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (NW Corner SW1 /4) of Section
<br />35, said point also being the point of beginning; thence on an assumed bearing of N 880 48' 03"
