<br /> SEGURITY AGREEMENT; F�NANG[NG STATEMENTS. The fallawing pro�i�ions relating to �his Deed o� Trust as a
<br /> �ecurity agreement are a parf�t this Deed of Trust:

<br /> concerning the security interest granted by this Deed af Trust may be obtained [each as required by �he Uni�Form

<br /> FURTHER ASSURANCES; ATTflRNEY-IN-FACT. The fallawing pro�isions rela�ing ta further assurances and

<br /> Further Assurances. At any time, and fram time to time, upon r�ques�af Lender, Trus�ar will make, execute and
<br /> deli�er, ❑r will cause to be made, executed ar deli�ered,�o Lender❑r t❑ Lender's designee, and when �eques�ed by
<br /> Lender, Gause t❑ be filed, recorded, refiled, or rerecarc�ed, as �he case may ber at such times and in such offices
<br /> and pIaces as Lende� may deem appropriate, any and aIi such mor�gages, deeds of trust, security deeds� security
<br /> agreements, finan�ing statements, cantinuation statements, instruments of further assurance, certifi�afes, and
<br /> other dacuments as may� in�he sole apinion of Lender, b� ne�essary ar desirable in or-der�o effectuate, comple�e�
<br /> per�e�t, �on�inue, or� pr-eser�e {"i} Trustor's obligativns under the Cred�t Agreemen�, this aeed of Trus�, and the
<br /> Related Dvcuments, and ��y the liens and securi�y intet�es�s �reated t�y this Deed of Trust an �he Property,
<br /> whether now owned or hereafter acquired by Trustar. Unless prohihited by law or Lender agrees�❑�he �antrary in
<br /> wri�ing, Trustor shall reimburse Lender far a11 �os�s and �:xpenses incurred in connectian with fhe matters �-eferr�d
<br /> to in this par-agraph.
<br /> Attorney-in-Fact, If T�ustor�ails ta d� any ❑f the�hings referred to in the preceding paragraph, Lender may do so
<br /> for and in �he name of Trus�vr and a�Trustor's �xp�nse. Far such pu�pases, Trustar hereby irrev�cabIy appoints
<br /> Lender as Trusfor's at�arney-in-fa�t far fhe purp�se of making� executing� deli�eringr filing, re�arding, and doing all
<br /> vther things as may be necessary �r desirable, in Lende�'s svle opinion, ta a�complish the ma�ters referred �o in
<br /> the preceding paragraph.
<br /> FULt P�RF�RMANCE. ��Trustar pays aII the �nd�btedness when due,terminates�he Gredi�line account, and otherwise
<br /> performs aII the obligations imposed upon Trus�or under�his Deed of Trust, Lender shafl execute and deli�er to Trustee
<br /> a request for fulI reconveyance and sha11 execute and deli��r t� Trusfor suitabI� s�afements of �ermination of any
<br /> financing s�ta�emen� on file eviden�ing Lender's security interest in the Rents and fih� Personal Property. Any
<br /> reconueyance fee requir�d by law sha�j be paid by Trustor,i�permitted by applicable Iaw.
<br /> EVENTS �F ❑EFAt]LT. Trus�or will be in de�aul� under this ❑eed o�F Trus� if any o�the �v��owing happ�n: �A} Trustor
<br /> commi�s f�aud or makes a material misrepresentation at any time in connectzon with the Credit Agr��men�. This can
<br /> include, �or e�ample, a false sta�ement abau� T'rus�ar's income, assefs, liabiiities, ar- any other aspeGts o� Trustor's
<br /> finan�ia� conditian. (B} Trustor does not meef the �epaymen�terms o�the Cr�dit Agreement. {C} Trus�ar'� ac�ion or
<br /> inactian ad�erseIy aff�cts the ��liateraI ar LenderT� rights in the coIlate�-al. This can incEude, far example� faiIure fv
<br /> maintain required insurancer waste�r destructi�e use o-F the d�ve�Iing, failure ta pa�faxes� death of a1I pers�ns Iiable on
<br /> the a�count; transfer af title ❑r sale of the dwelling, Greation of a senior Iien on the dweIIing withau� Lender's
<br /> perm�ssion�foreGlvsure by the holder af another lien, or the use o�funds or�he dwe�]in�for prohibited purposes.
<br /> RI�HTS AN❑ REMEDIES �N ❑EFAULT. If an Event o� Default occurs under this Deed of Trus�, at any time thereaft�r,
<br /> Trustee or Lend�r may exercise any one or more❑f the following rights and remedies:

<br /> {a� Either in person or by agent, �nrith ❑r without bringing any a�fion vr proceeding, ❑r by a receiver
<br /> appointed by a caur�and withaut regard �❑ �he ad�quacy ❑f its seGuri�y, enter upan and take possession
<br /> of the Prapertyr or any part thereofi, in its ❑wn name or in�he name �f Trustee, and do any acts which i�
<br /> deems necessary or desirabie ta preserve the�alue, marke�ability o�rentability o�the Property, ��part of
<br /> the Property or int�res�in the Prvperty; in�reas�the income from �he Property or p�otec�the securi�y of
