<br /> Hazardaus Subs#ances. The words "Hazardous Substances" mean materia�s that, because af their quantity,
<br /> concentration vr physical, chemica� or in�ectious charac#eristics, may cause or pase a present vr potential hazard
<br /> ta human health or the en�ironment when improperly used, trea�ted,sto�ed, dispvsed of, genera#ed, manufactured,

<br /> Impro�ements. The word "Irr��rovements" means a!1 existing and future improvements, bui�dir�gs, s�ructures,
<br /> mobile homes affixed �n the Real Properky, fa�il�ties, additions, replacements and other cQnstruction on the Real
<br /> Property.
<br /> Indebtedness. Th� word "Indebtedness" means all principa�, interest, and other amounts, cos�s and expenses
<br /> payable under #he Credit Agre�ment or Re�ated Documents, together with all renewa�s of, extensions af,
<br /> modi�cati�ns of, consolidafians of and su�stitufions �or the Credit Agreement or Rela#ed Dacuments and any
<br /> amvunts �xpended ar advanced hy Lender to discharge Trustor's abligations or �xpenses incurred by Trustee or
<br /> L�nde� #v enfarce Trustar's obligations under this Deed of Trust, together with interest an such amounts as

<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Firs# National Bank of Qmaha, its successors and assigns. The wa�ds
<br /> "success�rs ar assigns"mean any persan or company that acquires any interest in the Credit Agreemen�.
<br /> Pers�nal Proper#y. The words "Personal Property" mean all equipmen#, fx#ures, and oth�� articles o� personal
<br /> praperty now or hsreafter �wned by Trustor, and now or hereafter a#tached or affixed tQ the Real Prn�erty;
<br /> together w�th all accessivns, parts, and additions tv, ali replacements �f, and all substitutions for, any �� such

<br /> Related Documents. The words "Related �oGum�nts" mean al! promissary notes, credit agreements, loan

<br /> deeds, collateral mortgages, and aIl nther instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter
<br /> ex�sting, executed in connec#�on with th� Indebtedness.
