<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DONALD D.
<br />MEHRING and MARILYN J. MEHRING, husband and wife, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney -at-
<br />Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Trustee, for the benefit of GARY E.
<br />SHOVLAIN and LINDA D. SHOVLAIN, husband and wife, the Beneficiary named therein, dated April
<br />1, 2009, and recorded April 2, 2009, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 200902412, and modified by a Deed of Trust Modification Agreement dated November
<br />15, 2013, and recorded November 15, 2013, as Instrument No. 201309060, has been satisfied; and the
<br />said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release, and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust and Deed of Trust Modification Agreement in the following- described
<br />premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
