<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 26, 1998 executed by Gary R. mettenbrink and Roxanne
<br />Mettenbrink, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall C
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #98- 106701, on the 8th day of July, 1998, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Parcel 7: THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (W1 /2SW1/4) OF
<br />SECTION THREE (3), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11), RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH
<br />P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING THEREFROM A TRACT OF LAND MORE
<br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN SURVEY RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 77- 001454.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 28th day of March, 2001.
