WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 26, 1998 executed by Lynn William Mettenbrink AKA <br />Lynn Mettenbrink and Cathy S. Mettenbrink, husband and wife; John Mettenbrink, a single <br />person; and Bruce C. Heide and Carol A. Heide AKA Carol Mettenbrink York, husband and <br />wife in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded <br />as Document #98- 106703, on the 8th day of July, 1998, and re- recorded as Document #98- <br />107021, on the 20th day of July, 1998, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />PARCEL 6: The Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom <br />tracts of land more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 3, Page 638 and Warranty <br />Deed recorded in Book 164, Page 409. <br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska excepting therefrom <br />tracts of land more particularly described in plat of North Fork Subdivision recorded as <br />Document No. 86- 102771, Trustee's Deed recorded as Document No. 86- 104747 and <br />QuitClaim Deed recorded as Document No. 87- 101842. <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 28th day of March, 2001. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />1dl 4 Y//, <br />By: William W.
