<br />GARY M. ADAMS and SANDRA M. ADAMS, formerly known as Sandra Marie
<br />Ummel, husband and wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of
<br />A DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE OF DEED OF TRUST FILED AS DOCUMENT
<br />NO. 98- 109049, received from Grantee, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCE, INC., herein called the grantee, whether
<br />one or more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1), in Block Ten (10), in GilbeWs Second Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
