<br />Whereas, aii of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by COLLEEN
<br />HUMISTON AND JEFFREY GRANGER to STEWART TITLE GUARANTY
<br />COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A
<br />MISSOURI CORPORATION the beneficiary named therein, dated December 31, 1998 and
<br />recorded December 31, 1998 in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 98- 113065, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
