<br />Gary L. Packer, a single person, and Shannon C. Ackles, a single person, aka Gary L. Packer and Shannon C.
<br />Packer, husband and wife, Trustor to First State Bank as Trustee for the benefit of the
<br />Beneficiary, dated July 7, 1994, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Inst. 1994- 105845 on July 7, 1994,
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of
