<br />DINAN as Trustor(s) to COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Trustee for the benefit of COLUMBUS FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS BANK the beneficiary named therein, dated June 1, 1992 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL
