Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by KURT F MCCALLUM
<br />AND SHIRLEY M MCCALLUM , HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for

<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated 1/15/93 2/2/99 2/25/00 and (�

<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 93- 102167 99- 101745 200001787 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
