<br />RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein; I or we, hereby
<br />release the following mortgages, executed by NADINE OVERTURF, a single
<br />person, to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation hereinafter
<br />usually referred to as "City" of the second part, on the following described
<br />property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block One Hundred Twenty Seven (127), Union Pacific Railway
<br />Co. 2 "d Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />which are recorded as:
<br />Document No. 80- 003714 in the amount of $6,963.00 (Housing Rehabilitation
<br />Grant Agreement states that Lien is forgiven if borrower resides in the property for
<br />three (3) years. No payback required.
<br />Document No. 84- 005133 in the amount of $8,914.00 (Eight Thousand Nine
<br />Hundred Fourteen and no /100 Dollars).
<br />Document No. 94- 107521 in the mount of $3,370.00 (Three Thousand Three
<br />Hundred Seventy and no /100 Dollars).
<br />Document No. 95- 108836 in the amount of $4,000.00 (Four Thousand and
<br />no /100 Dollars).
<br />Dated this 3rd day of April 2001.
