21000,010-1622 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />THIS DEED, made this 7`h day of April, 2000, betwecn Ronald S. Depue, Trustcc; Marie <br />Jakubowski, Beneficiary; and Robert L. Meyer and Diana L. Meyer, Husband and Wife, Trustor. <br />`ro <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on August 30, <br />1996, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Hall, and identified as Document No. 96- <br />106846, conveys to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said <br />Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of a tract commonly known as "Huston's <br />Reserve" and more particularly described in deed recorded in Book 86, Page 237, <br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, same being a part of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Eight (8), in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridiant, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and running thence East 13 8 1/2 feet along the North Line of Said "Huston's <br />Reserve" thence South at right angles a distance of 44 feet, thence West at right <br />angles and parallel with the South line of said tract a distance of 138 %2 feet, thence <br />North at right angles a distance of 44 feet to the place of beginning. Said tract having <br />a frontage of 44 feet on Huston Street and a depth of 138 !/ feet, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the <br />estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said <br />Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through <br />the above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto <br />belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA 1 <br />ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on April 7, 2000, by <br />Ronald S.
