<br />Donald H. Niemoth and Sondra J. Niemoth, hereinafter referred to as Grantors,
<br />for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant
<br />and convey to Clifford P. Niemoth, hereinafter referred to as Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right of way for unrestricted ingress, egress, and access
<br />road purposes on and across the following described real estate located in Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land consisting of a Thirty (30) foot wide easement located in
<br />a part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1 /2 NE1 /4) of Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Twelve (12), North, Range Nine (9), West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, the centerline of said Thirty (30)
<br />foot wide easement being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said East Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (E1/2 NE1 /4); thence running southerly along the east line of
<br />said East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2 NE1 /4), a distance of One
<br />Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Two and Forty Seven Hundredth
<br />(1382.47) feet, to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence deflecting
<br />right 89° 14' 26" and running westerly a distance of Six Hundred
<br />Fifteen (615.0) feet, to the point of termination, said tract containing
<br />0.424 acres more or less.
<br />This Easement shall run with the land and be binding upon the parties hereto,
<br />their respective personal representatives, heirs, devisees, successors, and assigns.
