<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 7, 1998 executed by Clarence L Shuda AKA
<br />Clarence Shuda & Veronica K Shuda, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #98- 112012, on the 7th
<br />day of December, 1998, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK ONE (1), PLEASANT VIEW TWELFTH SUBDIVISION, IN
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Gr1._ Nebraska, this 1 st day of May, 2000.
