Additional Agreements. <br /> I agree to the following: <br /> A. That this Agreement shall supersede the terms of any mfldificatian, forbear�ance, Trial Period Plan <br /> or Mortgage Ass�stance that I pre�iously entered into with Lend�r. <br /> �. To comply, except to the extenf that they are modif ed by this Agreement, with all co�enants, <br /> agreements,and r�quir�ments af Loan D�cuments�ncluding my agreement to mak�a!1 payments of <br /> taxes, insurance premiums, assessments, Escrvw Items, impounds, and all ather payments, the <br /> amnunt of which may change per�odical�y o�er the term af my Laan. <br /> D. That this Agreement constitutes notice�ha�the Lender's wai�er as to payment of Escrow Items, if <br /> any, has been revoked, and I ha�re been ad�ised of the amount needed �o fully fund my escrow <br /> account. <br /> E. Funds for Escra�v items. I wiil pay to Lender an the day payments are due under the Loan <br /> Docurnents as amended by this Agreement, until the Loan is paid in full, a sum {the "Fun�s"} to <br /> proWide for payment of amounts due far: (a}taxes and assessments and other items which can attain <br /> priority o�er the Mor�gage as a �ien or encumbrance on the Property; �b} �easehold payments or <br /> ground rents on the Property, if a.ny; �c} premi�uns fvr any a.nd all insura.nce required by Lender <br /> under the Loan Documents; �d} rnortgage insurance premiums, if an}�, or any sums pa}+able to <br /> Lender in lieu of fihe payment of mortgage insurance premiums in accordance wi�h the Lo�n <br /> Documen�s; and�e} any community association du�s, fees, and assessments that Lender requires to <br /> be escrowed. These items are called"Escrow Items."
