<br />as Trustors, in which Nebraska Bank is named as Beneficiary and Nebraska Bank is the Trustee. The Deed
<br />of Trust was thereafter filed for record August 11, 1998 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.98- 107778.
<br />On or about August 11, 1998, Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc.. The Assignment was
<br />recorded August 11, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 98- 107779.
