WHEREAS, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated
<br />August 16, 1996 by Julie Christine Beckman and Chris Todd Beckman, as
<br />Trustors, for the benefit of TMS Mortgage, Inc. d /b /a The Money Store, which
<br />Deed of Trust was filed August 16, 1996 as Inst. No. 96- 106392, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and . S

<br />WHEREAS, The Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
<br />property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
