Additional Agreements. I agree ta the following: A. That ail persons v�ho signed the Loan Documenfis or their authorized representative�s� ha�e signed this Agreement,unless�i}a borrower�r co-borrower is deceased; �ii}the borrower and cv-barrower are di�orced and the property has been transferred to ❑ne spvuse in the di�or�e decree, the spouse wha no longer has an interest in �h� prnperty n�ed not sign this Agreement talthough the nan- signing spouse may con�inue to be held liabie for the vbligaxion under the Loan Dacuments}; or�iii} the Lender has wai�ed this requirement in writing. . B. That this Agreement shall supersede the terms of any mfldification, forbearance, Trial Period Plan ar Martgage Assistance that I preWiously entered into with Lender. �. Ta camply, except to the extenf that they are modif ed by this Agreement, with all coWenants, agreements,and r�quirements af Loan D�cuments including my agreement to mak�a�l payments of taxes, insurance premiums, assessments, Escrow Items, imp�unds, and all other payments, rhe amnunt of which may change per�odical�y o�er the term of my Laan. D. That this Agreement constitutes notice�ha�the Lender's wai►�er as to payment of Escrow Items, if any, has been re�oked, and I ha�re been ad�ised of the amount needed to fuliy fund my escrow account. E. Funds for Escrow Items. I wiil pay to Lender an the day payments are due under the Loan Docurnents as amended by this Agreement, until the Loan is paid in fu�l, a sum {the "Fun�s"} to pro�ide for payment of amounts due far: (a}taxes and assessments and other items which can attain priority o�er the Mor�gage as a �ien or encumbrance on the Property; �b} leasehald payments or ground rents on the Property, if a.ny; tc} premi�uns fvr any and atl insura.nce required by Lender under t�le Loan Documents; �d} rnortgage insurance premiums, if any, or any sums payable to Lender in lieu of fihe payment of mortgage insurance premiums in accordance wi�h the Lo�n Documents; and�e} any community association du�s, fees, and assessments that Lender requires to be escrowed. These items are called"Escrow Items."
