TRUSTEES DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by James <br />R Falk and Sharon K Falk, HUSBAND AND WIFE, Trustor to AREND BAACK, <br />Trustee, for the benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated March 17, 1995, and recorded March 28, <br />1995, As Document #95- 101790, in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the <br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these <br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all <br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the <br />following described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK ONE (1), IN WESTROADS ESTATES <br />SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this day April 25, 2000 <br />T USTEE Arend R.
