LIMITED DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That I, Brian T. Fay, a resident of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, do hereby appoint my wife, <br />Tiffany M. Fay, as my lawful Attorney -in -Fact, to do for me and on my behalf, any of the following: <br />1. To purchase the following described real estate: <br />Lot Three (3), Amick Acres West Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. In order to purchase the above described real estate, I authorize my Attorney in <br />Fact to execute all Purchase Agreements, Contracts, Closing Statements, Settlement Statements, <br />loan documents, Financing Statements, Security Agreements, Deeds of Trust, Promissory Notes, <br />Affidavits and any other documents necessary for this purpose. She shall have authority to write <br />checks on my account, for payment of earnest money, costs and expenses of this purchase <br />including recording fees, title insurance, closing costs, origination fees, and any other documents <br />necessary for the closing of the purchase of the above described real estate. <br />3. My Attorney in Fact shall have full authority to receive and expend funds necessarily <br />involved in this transaction and to execute all the documents, affidavits and agreements that I <br />could do were I present in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska for the closing of the purchase of <br />the above described real estate. <br />I ratify and confirm all acts done by my Attorney -in -Fact under this Limited Durable Power <br />of Attorney. This Limited Durable Power of Attorney shall not be affected by the subsequent <br />disability or incapacity of me and shall remain in full force and effect even though I may thereafter <br />become mentally or physically incompetent.
