The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on February 6, �\
<br />1998, as Document No. 98- 101005 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />executed by ROSS A. RACEK, Trustor, in which Lori Ann Kolar is named as Beneficiary and
<br />DUANE A. BURNS, Attorney at Law, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary of said Trust
<br />Deed thereinafter assigned to Timothy Allen Kolar, hereby gives notice that a breach of an
<br />obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as
<br />they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness
<br />secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated as of May 1; 2000; be notified that because of such
<br />default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligations under the "Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />All that part of Lot One (1), Block Eight (8), Arnold & Abbott's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and that part of
<br />vacated Clark Street as shown in Ordinance No. 6579, all lying North of
<br />the North Right of Way of the Union Pacific Railroad Right of Way.
