BURNS, Attorney at Law, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary of said Trust <br />Deed thereinafter assigned to Timothy Allen Kolar, hereby gives notice that a breach of an <br />obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as <br />they became due.
