Aldana, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about January <br />24, 1994, make, execute and deliver unto Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein <br />said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Eight (8), and the East Half (E1 /2) of Lot Seven (7), in Block Three (3), <br />Clarkson's First Addition to the Village of Aida, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on January 27, 1994, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 94- 100764. <br />On or about February 1, 1994, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, <br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was <br />recorded February 15, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument <br />No. 94- 101329. <br />Michael E.
