200102873 <br />ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT <br />Whereas, on the 10th day of April 2000, Willard W. Cantin and Lucille F. Cantin, husband <br />and wife, entered into an "Installment Contract for Sale of Real Estate" as Sellers and Ruben <br />D'Blanco as Buyer for the property known as Lot One (1), Block Ninety Eight (98), Railroad <br />Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and, <br />Whereas, Ruben D'Blanco has contracted to sell the real estate to Filemon Sanchez and <br />a condition of said purchase is that Filemon Sanchez will assume the "Installment Contract for <br />Sale of Real Estate" (the Contract) for a period of one year from date of closing, and <br />Whereas, Sellers agree to said assignment on the condition that the Contract will be <br />paid off in full one year from date of closing, and, therefore, <br />In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, Willard W. Cantin and Lucille F. Cantin, husband and wife, hereby consent to the <br />assignment of the Contract referred to above to Filemon Sanchez from Ruben D'Blanco, on the <br />express condition that the contract shall be paid in full one year from the date hereof, and that <br />Ruben D'Blanco shall not be released from liability thereon until the contract is paid in full. <br />Dated March 2 S , 2001. <br />Accepted upon the terms set <br />Forth above: <br />Willard W.
