Koenig, 308 North Locust St., Ste 306, Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br />DENNIS HARB and MARY HARB, Husband and Wife, GRANTORS, in <br />consideration of one dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, conveys <br />to GRANTEES, JASON J. HARB and ANNETTE M.
