<br />LARRY M. HARRENSTEIN and ANN M. BECKMANN, Successor Co- Trustees of

<br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is

<br />The North One -Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2NW1/4) and the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1 /4NW1/4) in Section Twenty (20), in
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, containing about 117 acres, more or less;
<br />The West One -Half of the Northeast Quarter (W1/2NE1/4) of Section Twelve (12),

<br />Nebraska, except that part described as: Commencing at a point Sixteen (16) rods
