Meier, a married person and Nancy A. <br />Meier, his spouse, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as <br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as instrument number 0200802177 on the 17"' day of March, 2008, at the <br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the <br />estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit: <br />THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1 /4) OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) <br />NORTH, RANGE TEN (10), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCLUDING A THREE - <br />ACRE TRACT IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SE1 /4 SW1 /4) OF SECTION <br />THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING THE SOUTHERLY FOUR <br />HUNDRED TWENTY -FIVE (425) FEET OF THE EASTERLY THREE HUNDRED TWENTY -FIVE (325) FEET OF <br />THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SE' /.
