<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 8, 2008 executed by Ned H. Meier, a married person and Nancy A.
<br />Meier, his spouse, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as instrument number 0200802177 on the 17"' day of March, 2008, at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the
<br />estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:

<br />ACRE TRACT IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SE1 /4 SW1 /4) OF SECTION
<br />THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING THE SOUTHERLY FOUR
<br />HUNDRED TWENTY -FIVE (425) FEET OF THE EASTERLY THREE HUNDRED TWENTY -FIVE (325) FEET OF
<br />THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SE' /. SW') OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13),
<br />TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />ALSO EXCEPT THAT PORTION DEEDED TO HALL COUNTY BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED APRIL 5, 1995
<br />AS INSTRUMENT #95- 102059, RECORDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 8, 2008, recorded as instrument
<br />number 0200802177 on the 17th day of March, 2008, at the Hall County Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand Island,
