<br /> signing the Note and all thei�successo�s and assigns.

<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaranty from guarantor, endo�ser, surety, or accommodation party �o

<br /> Hazardvus Substances. The wards "Hazardous 5ubstances" mean mate�ials that, because o� their quantity,
<br /> cvncentration a� physical, chemical or infec�ious characteristi�s, may cause or pose a presen� or poten�ial hazard
<br /> to human health or�he en�ironment when improperly used, treated, s�ored, dispased of, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transported or otherwise handled� The wvrds "Hazardous Substances" are used in the�r very braades� sens� and
<br /> in�lude wi�hout I�mita�ion any and aI� ha�ardous or toxic substan�es, materials or waste as defined by or listed
<br /> und�r�he En�ironmental �aws. The�erm "Hazardaus Substances" also inciudes, without limitation, petrvleum and
<br /> petrofeum by-produc�s or any fract�an thereof and asbes�os.
<br /> Imprvvements. The word "�mpro�ements" means all existing and future impro�ements, bui[dings, s�ructures,
<br /> mobile homes a�fixed on the ReaC Property, faci�ities, additians, repla�ements and other �onstruction on the Reai
<br /> Property.
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "Indeb�edness" means a�� prin�ipal, interest, and other amounts, �asts and expenses
<br /> payahle under �he Note or Related Documents, �ogether with all renewals of, extensions of, m�di�ica�ti�ns ❑f,
<br /> consaE�dations a�and substitutions for the Note or Related Do�uments and any amounts expended or ad�anced by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustflr's obligations or �xpenses incurr�d by Trustee vr Lender to en�or�e Trustar's

<br /> Crvss-Collaterali�at�on pro�ision of this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. Th� word "Lender" means Ex�hange Bank, its successors and assigns.

<br /> Personal Property. The words "Personaf Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and othe� articles of persona!
<br /> proper�y now or hereafter �wned by Trustor, and now vr herea�ter at�a�hed or affixed t❑ �he Rea1 Praperty;
<br /> tagether with all accessions, parts, and add�tians to, a(� replacements of, and a�l substitut�ons far, any of such
<br /> praperty; and together with al( proceeds 4including w�thout limitation all insurance proc�eds and re�unds of
