J � <br />200102805 <br />I <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 1, 1996, executed by Gary R. Rezac and Roberta M <br />Rezac, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Document #96- 101554, on the 1st day of March, 1996, and an <br />Modification of Deed of Trust dated May 13, 1999 executed by Gary R. Rezac and Roberta <br />M Rezac, husband and wife which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Document #99- 105044 on the 17th day of May, 1999, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />See attached Exhibit "A" <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of <br />Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand Isla f �1��iraska, this 9th day <br />A <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />By: Tim A.
