<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />DAVID L GRAFTON AND REBECCA J GRAFTON, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated AUGUST 10 1998 and recorded AUGUST 14. 1998 in the Office of the REGISTER OF
<br />DEEDS of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument 98- 107937 been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: ALSO
<br />RELEASING DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 25, 2000
<br />AND FILED DECEMBER 1, 2000 AS DOC # 0200010415
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises
<br />LOT TWO (2) RAINBOW LAKES SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
