The legal <br />description is as follows: <br />Lot Nine (9), except the North Twenty (20) feet thereof, and Lot Eleven (11), in Block 13, <br />Scarffs Addition to West Lawn, an Addition. to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Durable Power of Attorney: All provisions of this Power of Attorney shall remain in full force <br />and effect after the execution hereof regardless of any disability or incompetence I may be subject to <br />hereafter.
