1 <br />m <br />- n <br />Z <br />n <br />7C = <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Property," <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />LOT SIX (6), MENARD SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING <br />THEREFROM THAT PROPERTY SHOWN IN THE REPORT OF <br />APPRAISERS SHOWN AS DOCUMENT NO. 200708859, <br />JOHN R.
