WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff of Hall County, under and by virtue of the said Decree and Order of Sale duly directed to him, did on the 4th day of May, 2016, at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island in the said County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once each week for four successive weeks in the Grand Island Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Shawn Messersmith for the sum of $950.00, which sale was examined and confirmed and Jerry Watson, as such Sheriff, was ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to Shawn Messersmith. NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law in the Decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to Shawn Messersmith the property described as follows, to -wit: Lot Sixteen (16), Westroads Estates, Fourth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, with all appurtenances thereto attached.
