<br /> Duty to 1Vlain�ain. Trustor shall maintain �he Praperty in �enantable condition and pramptly perform all repairs,

<br /> Cvmpliance With En�irvnmental Laws. Trus�or represen�s and warran�s t� Lender that: �1} ❑uring the period a#
<br /> Trus�or's ownership of the Prvperty, there has t�een n❑ use, generation, manufacture, starage, treatment, disposa�,
<br /> release or thr�atened rel�ase of any Hazardaus Substance by any pers�n �n, under, abaut or fram the Prope�ty;
