TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made by
<br />and between Robert M. Allen Family Limited Partnership, a Nebraska
<br />Limited partnership, as Trustor /Borrower; Norwest Bank Nebraska,
<br />National Association, as Trustee and Beneficiary, now known as Wells
<br />Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A., and dated January 31, 2000, and filed in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 200001027, has been partially paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested that certain of the
<br />property held by the Trustee under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the written request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by the Trustee
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate ONLY:
<br />Lot Twenty -four (24), Meadowlark West Third Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This reconveyance is made in partial satisfaction of the
<br />obligation secured by said Deed of Trust, and by these presents, said
<br />Deed of Trust is hereby partially released only as described herein.
