WL <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made by <br />and between Robert M. Allen Family Limited Partnership, a Nebraska <br />Limited partnership, as Trustor /Borrower; Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, <br />N.A., as Trustee and Beneficiary, and dated January 31, 2001, and <br />filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200100912, has been partially paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested that certain of the <br />property held by the Trustee under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, <br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in <br />accordance with the written request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee <br />does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by the Trustee <br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described <br />real estate ONLY: <br />Lot Two (2), Meadowlark West Third Subdivision <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This reconveyance is made in partial satisfaction of the <br />obligation secured by said Deed of Trust, and by these presents, said <br />Deed of Trust is hereby partially released only as described herein. <br />DATED the 2.3y.1 day of March, 2001. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF ADAMS <br />Wel s Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A. <br />Trustee and Beneficiary <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this <br />23r4 day of March, 2001, by George Howard, j!1e7,6 f1f- 11T7V1 --417- of <br />Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A.
