<br />follows: Commencing at a point on the South boundary of Anna Street in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, which point is 164.4 feet Southwest of the
<br />Southwest corner, of the intersection of Anna Street and Eddy Street; thence
<br />Southwesterly along the South boundary of Anna Street, to the Southeast
<br />corner of the intersection of Anna Street and Clark Street; thence
<br />Southeasterly, at right angles, along the East boundary of Clark Street, a
