LACY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a Nebraska corporation f /k /a Lacy Building and
<br />Supply Co., a Nebraska corporation, GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE and NO /100 DOLLARS
<br />($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from GRANTEE, FRIESEN ENTERPRISES, INC., a
<br />Nebraska corporation, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
<br />Rev. Stat. §76 -201):
<br />A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/d NE 1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Commencing at a point on the South boundary of Anna Street in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, which point is 164.4 feet Southwest of the
<br />Southwest corner, of the intersection of Anna Street and Eddy Street; thence
<br />Southwesterly along the South boundary of Anna Street, to the Southeast
<br />corner of the intersection of Anna Street and Clark Street; thence
<br />Southeasterly, at right angles, along the East boundary of Clark Street, a
<br />distance of 140.0 feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles, a distance of 109.6
<br />feet; thence Northwesterly, at right angles, a distance of 140.0 feet, to the
<br />place of beginning.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one), with the GRANTEE that
<br />GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
<br />easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
