The Assignment was <br />recorded March 31, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument <br />No. 2000 - 02500. <br />On or about May 29, 1998, EquiCredit Corporation ofAmerica, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, <br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to US Bank National Association.
