<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated April 9, 1996 and recorded in the Real E "state
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska as Document # 96- 102685, Richard G. Decker
<br />&Jayne A. Decker,husband and wife, did convey certain real estate therein described
<br />in trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Grand Island Finance Company, therein referred to as Beneficiary;
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and
<br />said Trustee has received written request by such Beneficiary to re- convey
<br />the trust property from the Beneficiary;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee
<br />under the above - described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration
<br />of the satisfaction of the indebtedness evidenced by such Trust Deed received
<br />from Grantees, does hereby release and re- confirm unto the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Westerly Six Hundred (600) feet of the Northerly Two Hundred Seventeen
<br />and Eight Tenths (217.8) feet of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (S -1/2 NW -1/4 NE -1/4) in Section Thirty Three
<br />(33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting the westerly Four Hundred (400) feet
<br />of the northerly Thirty -Five (35) feet thereof.
<br />to have and to hold the above - described premises, together with all tenements,
<br />}iereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantees and to
<br />Grantees' heirs and assigns forever.
