Decker <br />&Jayne A. Decker,husband and wife, did convey certain real estate therein described <br />in trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of <br />Grand Island Finance Company, therein referred to as Beneficiary; <br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and <br />said Trustee has received written request by such Beneficiary to re- convey <br />the trust property from the Beneficiary; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R.
