The trustor is Andrew L. Rathjen, a single person <br />("Borrower "). The trustee is National Bank of Commerce Trust & Savings Association (" Trustee "). The berm fklery is Nebraska National <br />Banc, which Is organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, and whose address is 3110 2nd Ave., P.O. BOX 397, <br />Kearney, NE 69848 -0397 ( "Lender "). Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of One Hundred Thousand & 00/100 Doilars (U.S. <br />$100,000.00). This debt is evidenced by Borrower's note dated the same date as this Security Instrument ("Note"), which provides for monthly <br />payments, with the full debt, if not paid earlier, due and payable on May 1, 2015.
