Certain rules regarding the usage of words used in this document are also provided in Section 16. <br />(A) "Security Instrument" means this document, which is dated MARCH 26, 2001, together with all Riders <br />to this document. <br />(B) "Borrower" is JERRY L AND SUSAN T ATWELL HUSBAND AND WIFE. <br />Borrower is the trustor under this Security Instrument. <br />(C) "Lender" is HOMESIDE LENDING, INC. <br />Lender is a CORPORATION <br />FLORIDA. <br />JACKSONVILLE,FL 32256. <br />Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is <br />organized and existing under the laws of <br />Lender's address is 7 301 BAYMEADOWS WAY, <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated MARCH 26, 2001.
