THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by Anibal E. Gomez, a single person, and COZAD STATE BANK AND TRUST
<br />COMPANY, COZAD, NEBRASKA, as Trustee for the Benefit of COZAD STATE
<br />BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 11,
<br />1996, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Dawson County, State of
<br />NEBRASKA, as document No.96- 108365, has been paid.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents grant, revise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />interest and estate devised to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following
<br />described premises but only as to such premises:
