<br />Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), all in Section Thirty Two (32), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th. P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4); thence running
<br />easterly on the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), on an Assumed Bearing of
<br />589'41'45 "E, a distance of Thirty and Eighty Hundredths (30.80) feet; thence running
