<br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED
<br />Craig Alan Johnson and Linda S. Johnson, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in
<br />consideration of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00) received from GRANTEES, v
<br />Helen D. Bremers and Esther D. Bremers, convey to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and Cl

<br />section 76 -201 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1996:
<br />An undivided Seventy -five Percent (75 %) interest in and to Lot Four
<br />(4) in Block Five (5) in Wiebe's Addition to Ahe City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska as surveyed platted and recorded,
<br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements of
<br />record, visible easements, zoning laws, rules and regulations, and a Deed of
<br />Trust dated April 14, 1997, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document Number 97- 102952 on April 21, 1997.
<br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally, with GRANTEES as follows:
<br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of the real estate and the real estate is free
<br />from encumbrances except for the Deed of Trust recorded as Document Number 97-
<br />102952;
<br />2. GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the real estate to
<br />GRANTEES; and
<br />3. GRANTORS warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons.
