This appointment shall apply to the following enumerated transactions only: (a) release mortgages or reconvey deeds of trust upon payoff; (b) subordinate to senior liens as dictated in the servicing agreement; (c) execute modification agreements as permitted; (d) sign claims etc. regarding litigation - filing of foreclosure, etc,; (e) endorse insurance loss claim checks; and (f) sign listing agreements, warranty deeds, settlement statements, etc. associated with the sale of foreclosed property.
