A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE PLAT FOR DENMAN SUBDIVISION EXCEPT <br />FOR ALL THE DEDICATED RIGHT -OF -WAY, <br />TO RE- DEDICATE THE EASEMENTS, IF ANY, FOR THE LOCATION, <br />CONSTRUCTION, AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC UTILITIES FOREVER AND <br />TO PROVIDE FOR THE RECORDING OF THIS RESOLUTION IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. That the plat dated August 13,1985 and approved by the County Board of Supervisors of <br />Hall County, Nebraska on August 13, 1985 for Denman Subdivision, is hereby vacated, <br />except for the dedicated right of way, if any, which shall forever be rededicated for the <br />location, construction, and maintenance of public utilities. <br />2. That the title to the property being vacated by Section 1 of this Resolution shall revert to <br />the owner or owners of the real estate. <br />Vote: <br />3. That this Resolution shall be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />4.
