<br /> �o�ati�e so�vents, ma�erials containing asbestos ar f�rmaldehyde, and radioactive ma�eria�s; �b}
<br /> "Er�vironmQntal Law"means federai Iaws and xaws of th�jurisd�cti�n where�he Proper�y�s loca�ed that
<br /> relate to heal�h, safet��r env�ranmenta�pr�tec��an; �c} "E��viror��ner�ta� �reanup"includes any response
<br /> ac�xon, remed�al act�on, or remova� a���on, as def�ned in Environm.enta� Lav�; and�d� an "�nvironmentar
<br /> Cn��'ition"m�ans a�onditi�n that can cause, contri�ute�o, �r o�hervvise tr�gger an�nvironmental ��eanup.
<br /> Barrower shall not cause or pexxni�the pr�sence, use, d�sp��a�, storage, or re�ease of an��3azardous
<br /> Substances, or threa�en�fl re�ease an� Ha2ard�us Substances, on or in the Pr�perty. Borrower shall not dQ,
<br /> nar a��ow anyone ei�e to do, an��h�n�affec�ing�he Property �a} that is in�ia�atinn of an��nvir�nmen�al
