Seberg, single person, "LANDLORD" and Grand Island Properties, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liab)lity company, "LESSEE ", have executed a Lease Agreement (the "Lease ") which is dated , 2016. That said Lease contains terms and con itions, all of which are made a part hereof as fully and completely as if herein specifically set out in full, whereby LANDLORD has leased real estate to LESSEE and LESSEE has leased real estate from LANDLORD, more particularly described real estate, to wit: 1411, 1415 and 1419 North Webb Road, Grand Island, 68803 (Lots 1, 2, and 3, Buck - Theasmeyer Subdivision in the City of Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska) the "Webb Property" 644, 650 and 654 Faidley Place, Grand Island, Ne 68803 (Lots 1, 2 and 3, Faidley Place Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska) the "Faidley Property" The Lease makes reference to a Purchase Agreement whereby LANDLORD has agreed to sell the above - described real estate to LESSEE with a closing date to take place on or before May 1, 2026. That the Lease, of which this Memorandum give notice, shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. And that this Memorandum Notice is executed effective concurrently with the Lease, and is not in addition to the Lease and does not supercede the Lease, but is notice of the Lease.
