<br />March 27, 2014, in Instrument No. 201401695 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the current Beneficiary, a written request to partially reconvey,
<br />reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property
<br />described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, asTrustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
